Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange:

Our Return policy is applicable for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after the delivery of the product(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the packaging tags intact.

You can apply for a return only if the product received is defective/damaged or if you have received the wrong size of a product.
Return is applicable only once per order.

The procedure for a return is as follows:

You can place a return request directly on our website by clicking Returns and Exchanges and filling in the required information.
Once your request for return is confirmed by our support team, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order.
Our delivery executive will come and collect the package. Please make sure the products are packed safely so that there is no damage in transit.
Once the product reaches us, it will go through a quality check and subsequently, the product value will be refunded to your bank account within 30 days.
